Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. For bank transfer payments, a copy of the bank receipt must be faxed together with the form. You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

Please note that

• Each paper must have at least a registered author to be included in the proceedings.
• Papers that do not have a registered author will not be included in the proceedings. Registering late may mean that your paper may not appear in the proceedings. Please ensure that you complete your registration early.
